Casey has owned and operated Revitalize Ketamine Clinic in some capacity since its inception in April of 2021. He is very excited to be able to provide this life changing treatment in the community where he grew up and who’s health he is very passionate about. Casey, while working in psychiatry in some capacity since 2015 and following the trajectory of Ketamine as a treatment modality since ~2008, became jaded on the traditional psychiatric treatments as they tend to treat symptoms only. Ketamine treatments, especially when viewed as a catalyst for change as we view them in our clinic, and used holistically, have the capacity to allow clients to treat their problems which are causing their symptoms. Casey doesn’t view himself as a healer, he views clients as always being their own best healers, and works to give them the space they need to process through the things that have been keeping them stuck in some cases for decades. Casey is intensely aware that Ketamine treatments, like so many aspects of medicine, can be done right or done not incorrectly but without the proper set and setting that allow for the best treatment outcomes. Casey is a big believer in evidenced based practice and is always following the latest research and incorporating the most recent evidence into our daily practice here at Revitalize Ketamine Clinic. The robust and quality changes that we have seen daily in our clinic have been intensely empowering for Casey to continue to work to expand the availability of this and treatments like it to more and more individuals who could benefit from a reset.

Jen Mills has been in healthcare for over 25 years. She began as an EMT in the rural communities of Cortez and Durango, Colorado, then completed her nursing degree. In 2005 she joined Flagstaff Medical Center in the ED and worked in a variety of departments over the following 16 years. Prior to healthcare, Jen taught bilingual education in Durango and Farmington in elementary and middle school for 5 years. Jen believes that fulfillment in a job means connecting meaningfully with people, which is why she enjoys nursing and teaching. In health care, she felt it was becoming more difficult to find this connection. So in July 2022, she discovered Revitalize Ketamine Clinic and joined the team. “Being part of a mental health model that really works has been as uplifting for me almost as much as it is for our clients who are experiencing such positive outcomes. I love being able to help a community that has become my home.” When Jen is not working, she is mountain biking, rock climbing, running, enjoying musical venues downtown, looking for quirky items at thrift stores, decorating her Airbnb, planning trips in her camper, and trying to escape to an island for a yearly ocean adventure because she is allergic to snow.

I firmly believe that we all possess the strength needed to overcome adversity and heal from the profound impact of trauma. The effects of complex trauma can cause us to feel emotionally unsafe, socially disconnected, and internally robbed of the ability to trust ourselves. This leaves many caught in a cycle of self-doubt and self-criticism, diminishing our capacity to cope with life’s challenges. My mission is to provide invaluable support to those seeking to understand and heal from past experiences, enabling them to enhance their self-image and overcome the emotional hurdles that trauma can create. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to help individuals address a wide spectrum of challenges, including but not limited to PTSD, anxiety, panic, grief, depression, self-esteem issues, adoption-related concerns, and complex family dynamics. Effective treatment is inherently individualized, every person’s unique needs and aspirations deserve a tailored approach. I am here to provide unwavering support as we embark together on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth, recognizing that each person’s path is uniquely significant.
The staff here at Revitalize Ketamine Clinic (RKC) has been working with traditional treatments and interventions throughout their healthcare careers and has become increasingly passionate about providing groundbreaking, evidenced-based treatments for psychiatric and physical ailments. Physical wellness leads to increased psychiatric wellness. This is an ideal that the entire treatment team adheres to and strongly believes in. With that underlying tenet, our providers here at RKC treat all of our clients holistically by addressing and treating them individually, knowing that everyone responds differently to different interventions. Ketamine-based treatment has a growing body of evidence for a rapid and robust treatment response for a multitude of psychiatric and health conditions, and we’ve truly seen these treatment be life-changing for folks. That being said, we view the Ketamine treatments we deliver here as a catalyst for change, (nothing should be viewed as a cure-all or panacea) and it is important to incorporate other augmenting strategies and wellness modalities to obtain the best possible outcomes. We utilize strong partnerships in the community to help refer our clientele to the best psychiatric providers, therapists, and other wellness experts that the local region has to offer. We strongly feel that relationships are important and integral to the human experience. If our clients have relationships that are ongoing with other providers, we not only are ok with that, but we encourage it, and we will do our best to collaborate with these providers to provide the best possible care and, thereby, treatment outcomes for our clients and their loved ones. We love our community and want to help everyone to live their very best lives.
