Dr. Lisa Gold is the Founder of The Arizona Relationship Institute: an integrated outpatient treatment facility providing systemic, holistic treatment to individuals, couples and families. She currently serves as the Director of Training and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy. Dr. Gold has been providing individual and relationship therapy for 26 years, and supervising and training other therapists for 22 years. She taught at universities and colleges for 9 years, and her work has been published in professional journals and presented at national and international professional conferences. Dr. Gold specializes in using Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR to treat sexual difficulties and enhance emotional and sexual intimacy. She is also a pioneer in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP). She has developed an approach to treating sexual trauma and attachment issues, and enhance sexual intimacy, integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR, with aspects of Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing, breath work, meditation, music and ketamine. Dr. Gold now focuses exclusively on provising psychedelic assisted intensives and concierge retreats to individuals and romantic partners. Her focus is supporting clients with reconnecting to themselves and to their partners, using touch as a means of healing and co-creating intimate joy.
